We used their services last Christmas when we were preparing to travel to the Bahamas with our dog. They took care of all the paperwork and the administrative / bureaucratic things associated with travelling with a dog, and made the whole process seamless and so easy. We will be using them again this year, I wouldn't travel with our dog without their help! 10/10 service, quick to respond and really knowledgeable. A must if you travel to the Bahamas with your dog!

From the beginning to bringing our fur babies to Nassau, your service made it happen. Our family thanks you very much. Customer service and follow through was outstanding. The ease and speed of completing the requirements is much appreciated. We could not have made this move happen without your service.

This was such a great experience! We were able to successfully secure pet permits for our clients with ease, and we’ll definitely continue using their services in the future.

I had to bring my dog with me to a trip to The Bahamas and BIA was able to get me my permit almost immediately. The service was impeccable, and I had no qualms with how the process went about. They were so nice. Id highly recommend them to anyone in need of a good permit service.
