B.I.A. was very helpful in assisting me with the permit process for my two cats, Luna (a Persian) and Zephyr (a Savannah), but unfortunately, we were devastated to learn that Zephyr, being a Savannah, was on the prohibited list and wouldn't be allowed to enter the country. I was heartbroken, but B.I.A. informed us in time so we were able to find a wonderful pet sitter to care for Zephyr while we were away. We even got to Facetime with her and see that she was happy and healthy. Meanwhile, Luna was a bit sad to be separated from her sister, but she quickly cheered up once she started enjoying the beautiful beaches and fresh fish of the Bahamas.
