I have two dogs, Bella and Max, and B.I.A. helped us get them to the Bahamas for our family vacation. At first, the permit process seemed confusing and overwhelming, but B.I.A. made it incredibly easy and straightforward. They walked me through every step of the way and made sure I had everything I needed. As a result, Bella and Max had the best vacation ever - they loved the beaches and sunshine, and we loved watching them have so much fun. Thank you, B.I.A., for making our vacation with our fur babies so stress-free and enjoyable!

B.I.A. was very helpful in assisting me with the permit process for my two cats, Luna (a Persian) and Zephyr (a Savannah), but unfortunately, we were devastated to learn that Zephyr, being a Savannah, was on the prohibited list and wouldn't be allowed to enter the country. I was heartbroken, but B.I.A. informed us in time so we were able to find a wonderful pet sitter to care for Zephyr while we were away. We even got to Facetime with her and see that she was happy and healthy. Meanwhile, Luna was a bit sad to be separated from her sister, but she quickly cheered up once she started enjoying the beautiful beaches and fresh fish of the Bahamas. I'm so grateful to B.I.A. for their help and support during this challenging time.

B.I.A. helped me import my three pets - two dogs, Duke and Daisy, and a cat, Ginger - to the Bahamas for our vacation. The process was complex, but B.I.A. handled everything with ease and professionalism. I was particularly impressed when they caught that Ginger was missing an updated vet certificate - they were able to notify me in time, and I was able to get the necessary documentation to ensure she received all the necessary checks for the permit. My pets arrived safely and happily, and I'm so grateful for their help!
